Friend Day
Member of Gymnastics USA? Bring a friend for a free 12:30 PM class for you and your friend. Get a $20 credit to your Gymnastics USA account just for showing up, and if your friend signs up for classes, they get a $20 credit too. Every additional friend you bring is another $10 credit. Open to boys and girls ages 3 to 12: ages 3 and 4 join Ribbon Club, and ages 5 to 12 pick Climbers, Ninja Kids, or Gymnastics.

How It Works
Register Online
When the next date is announced, fill out the form with your info and your friend's info, plus each child's age and program. Bring more than one friend, or add siblings, and every additional friend is another $10 credit!
Show Up At 12:30 PM
Bring A Friend Day happens on certain Saturdays at 12:30 PM - a free class together. Every friend needs a parent or guardian signed waiver, online in advance if that adult is not coming with them.
Collect $20
Your $20 credit to your account gets sent to you. Visit the front desk on Bring A Friend Day to have it applied to your account.
Registration Is Closed
Registration is closed until the next exciting Bring A Friend Day. Ask our front desk staff about when the next one might be - we would love to see you and your friends there!

- Free Class
- Certain Saturdays at 12:30 PM for members and their friends. Come back soon for the next date!
- Who Can Come
- Boys and girls ages 3 to 12. Ages 3 and 4 join Ribbon Club. Ages 5 to 12 pick Climbers, Ninja Kids, or Gymnastics.
- Member Credit
- $20 credit to your Gymnastics USA account just for showing up, plus another $10 credit for every additional sibling or friend you bring. Visit the front desk on Bring A Friend Day to have it applied.
- Friend Credit
- If your friend signs up for classes, they receive a $20 credit to their account too.
- One Free Class Per Guest
- Guest students are eligible for one free class only. If a friend has already taken a free class or trial at Gymnastics USA, they are not eligible again.
- Waiver
- A parent or legal guardian must sign the release waiver for every friend. If that adult is not coming to the gym, the waiver must be signed online in advance.
Save Time At The Front Desk
You can absolutely bring your friend, but a parent or legal guardian has to sign the release waiver. If that adult will not be at the gym with them, sign it online in advance. One signature covers a whole household, including all minors.
